Downs...

6. Still No Proper Context

WWE has shown a keen eye for details throughout The Bloodline narrative. They've handed everyone involved purpose, tweaked things along the way, and deserve massive praise for all of it. So, why does it seem impossible for writers to do the same elsewhere on the card?!

Step forward Karrion Kross vs. AJ Styles.

Both men have been thrown to the wolves in a bog-standard, paper-thin feud that must be considered one of the least enticing on either top brand. Why are they even still fighting, basically? Kross squashing Karl Anderson, then AJ rushing out for the save, didn't achieve much of anything.

This is what it boils down to: WWE fans don't actually care about watching these dudes scrap, 'cause they've been given no reason to. This rivalry is playing out like some 'B' or 'C' level feud on your WWE 2K23 Universe Mode, and that's not a compliment.
