3 Ups And 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE Smackdown (Jan 10)

2. The Rematch

Wyatt Family

Two weeks ago, American Alpha won the Smackdown Tag Team Titles in a great four-way match that also featured The Wyatt Family, The Usos, and Rhyno and Heath Slater. This week, it was time for the rematch, and Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt were representing their team.

The match was quite good. After American Alpha overcame Wyatt and Orton in the early goings, the heels got the heat on Chad Gable. He eventually made the hot tag to Jason Jordan, but they got the heat on him, as well. Finally, Gable was back in and ran wild on Orton, but a distraction from Luke Harper allowed Orton to poke Gable in the eye. Unfortunately for the Wyatts, more interference by Harper allowed Gable to roll Orton up for the win.

Post-match, Orton and Harper argued until Wyatt got in between them. Harper tried to throw a side kick at Orton, but he hit Wyatt instead. So is this Orton's plan, then - to join The Wyatt Family and take it apart from the inside? And does that mean he threw these title matches? There are some inconsistencies, but the match was a thumbs up.
