The main event, as announced last week on Smackdown, saw Alexa Bliss defend the Smackdown Women's Championship against Becky Lynch in a steel cage. The bout turned out to be quite good, despite the fact that it wasn't very long and was interrupted by a commercial.

There was a palpable intensity and brutality that really got over everything that they were trying to do, especially when Becky climbed to the top of the cage and tried to escape. Bliss pulled her back in by the hair, but the "Lass Kicker" kicked her into the side of the cage, then hit a Becksploder from the second rope.

Becky eventually tried to escape from the cage, but was stopped by La Luchadora, who stood in the doorway. She went to Plan B, locking Bliss in the Dis-Arm-Her, but La Luchadora came in and broke the hold. Bliss then hit a DDT for the pin.

Following the match, they tried to keep the beating going on Becky, but she fought back, eventually pulling off La Luchadora's mask to reveal Mickie James. The heels overwhelmed her once more and stood tall to end the show.
