3 Ups And 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Jan 17)

2. There's A Joke In There About Selling Somewhere

The past couple of Nikki Bella-Natalya segments have been awful, and the trend continued here - in fact, new territory was probed. Bella was out first, cutting a pretty horrendous promo about how Natalya is the best there is, was, and ever will be... at stabbing people in the back. Natalya interrupted from deep in the crowd, telling the former Divas' Champion that she wanted to show her something.

Natalya then headed out to the mezzanine and a merchandise stand and began cutting a promo on the merch - pointing out how Bella's shirt was right next to John Cena's, and that there were shirts for Dolph Ziggler, The Undertaker, and her "ex-uncle" Bret, but nothing for her. She started pulling shirts off the wall and throwing them in the garbage, but Bella interrupted her, tackling her onto a table which collapsed unceremoniously.

The brawl continued from there, with Bella ripping pieces of the merch stand down and slamming them on Natalya. Eventually security guards came to break it up, but they weren't very good at it and Bella ended up continuing the beating for a while. This was utterly ridiculous, but at least it wasn't boring, I guess.
