3 Ups And 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE Smackdown (Nov 22)
2. Fire Warming Up
The news that Alexa Bliss was getting another Smackdown Women's Title shot at the TLC Pay-Per-View garnered her a front-row seat for champion Becky Lynch's non-title match against Natalya. Bliss did guest commentary while the two other women fought.
The match was solid - not spectacular, but good - much like Bliss on commentary. She mostly focused on how unfair the finish of her last title match was, where the referee didn't notice her foot on the bottom rope and she was forced to submit to the Dis-Arm-Her. The next time, she promised, Becky wouldn't be able to benefit from referee favoritism.
Meanwhile, in the ring, Becky managed to make a comeback against Natalya, hit an exploder suplex, then lock in the Dis-Arm-Her for the submission win. She didn't get much of a chance to celebrate, though, as Bliss ran into the ring and laid her out with a DDT. Nothing too complicated, just a solid build to a title match.
