3 Ups And 4 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Oct 4)
Ups...
3. One Becomes Two
The second match on the show saw Smackdown Women's Title number one contender Alexa Bliss in action against Nikki Bella. Carmella, Bella's recent nemesis, was doing commentary at ringside.
There really wasn't much to the match - it was a short, basic bout that went on for a few minutes while Carmella ran down Bella on commentary. Eventually, the women fought to the outside, and when Carmella started yelling at Bella, the former Divas' Champion threw Bliss right into her enemy. Both women went down, and Bella brought Bliss back into the ring.
Carmella soon followed, attacking Bella for the DQ. Both heels worked her over until Becky ran down for the save. That led to a tag team match, and from there, things picked up - Bella took a good heat, and Becky's hot tag was fantastic. In the end, though, Bella chased Carmella away from the ring, and Bliss managed to hit Twisted Bliss for the win. Both feuds were advanced, and we got some good action.
