30 Most Inconsequential WWE Titleholders Of All Time

17. R-Truth - United States Champion - 21 Days (2010)

The Miz was a really good United States Champion, until he lost the title to (of all people) Bret €œThe Hitman€ Hart. Hart realized he couldn€™t be a fighting champion when he was named General Manager of Raw (in reality, it was his age and condition where he was collecting insurance as part of a settlement after suffering his career-ending concussion 11 years earlier), so Miz and R-Truth had a match for the vacant title on Raw the next week, which Truth won. Three weeks later on Raw, in a Fatal 4 Way match the week before the Pay Per View of the same name, Miz won back his title in a match that also involved John Morrison and Zack Ryder. The gimmick was to show how precarious the champion€™s position was in the match.
