18. Billy Gunn - Intercontinental Champion - 19 Days (2000)
It took over a year, but Billy Gunn finally got his hands on the Intercontinental Championship, defeating Eddie Guerrero on Smackdown. This time, he was in the character of The One Billy Gunn, which was about as short-lived as his IC Title run. Gunn would lost the belt to Chris Benoit at Armageddon 19 days later.
