30 Most INSANE Things Wrestlers Have EVER Said On Live TV

15. Divas Are Dissed

A grotesque turning point between the slow resurgence of women’s wrestling in the early 2000s and the disastrous Divas rebrand that poisoned the division for over a decade, the 2004 Diva Search was little more than an excuse for Vince McMahon and his equally repulsive lackey John Laurinaitis to degrade women for their perverse amusement.

Under the guise of a reality TV-style competition, the remaining contestants were actively encouraged to humiliate one another week after week, all for the pleasure of the lecherous old men running the show. And just like most rigged reality contests, several of the “losers” were given jobs anyway. Everybody that had to involve themselves in a "Diss The Diva" promo battle earned every cheque they ever cashed.

This train wreck of a segment ensured that phrases like having a c*ck in your mouth has nothing to do with wrestling“, :"a gap so wide you could drive a truck through” and come-guzzling gutter sl*t were immortalised in Monday Night Raw history. As if that wasn’t enough to showcase WWE’s utter contempt for women, the sh*tshow immediately cut to Kane forcibly dragging Lita down a corridor as part of their ongoing abuse storyline.
