They were feuding over the WWE Title, and as part of that narrative, Taker tied Hogan up and attached him to the back of his bike. He then sped off, dragging Hogan along the arena's concrete floor. It was proof that WCW didn't have the monopoly on WTF Hogan backstage segments. This whole thing looked incredibly daft and added little heat to the actual feud. All fans did was laugh at the silliness of it, even Taker and Hogan must have struggled to keep straight faces.
