8. Has Kane Died?

So Kane has been brought back as the monster (sort of) that we all grew up with. However, he took one 3D at the hands of the Dudley Boyz last night that prompted him to sell for almost three minutes while Seth Rollins put a table in place. Three minutes?!?! That was far too long even if he did have a dastardly plan up his, errr... He should have sat up just like the good old days, completely unaffected by the blow he had just taken.
