It was the main narrative of a show featuring supporting subplots both unreal (The End Of An Era) and unfair (18 Seconds).

The lead actors delivered an overlong bloated epic that ultimately, to the disappointment of many, was but a prologue. ‘Once In A Lifetime’ was accurate in one sense; exactly the sort of match you should only watch once, the memories of the awesome atmosphere just about eclipse the slog.
