As predictably as the sun will rise in the morning, Jeff Jarrett gave his ego a nice massage by winning the inaugural TNA King of the Mountain Championship Match. Though the title doesn't really mean much, it would've been nice to see a younger, hungrier talent (as in, literally anyone else in the ring) win it, because at least the rub would benefit them in some way. Jarrett doesn't even work here actively, so it's just a ceremonial victory for him. It's like being back in the early TNA days again, where Jarrett constantly gave himself title wins that nobody wanted to see.
