Bracito de Oro, a steadily popular fixture of CMLL's Mini-Estrella scene, died on 9 March at the age of 59. No cause of death was given.

Born Roberto Rodriguez Aguirre on 13 April, 1956, Bracito joined CMLL's aforementioned division almost immediately, and competed as the miniature version of three distinct CMLL characters: Sultan Gargola (as Sultan Gargolita), Guerrero Maya (as Guerrerito Maya), and, perhaps most famously of all, Brazo de Oro (as Bracito de Oro).

Throughout his tenure in CMLL, Bracito successfully partook in many Luchas de Apuestas contests, and was only ever unmasked in 2010, two decades after he first joined the promotion. He departed in 2011 and wrestled only sporadically thereafter, retiring for good in 2019.
