4 Ups & 10 Downs From WWE Raw (June 14)

1. Making McIntyre Unlikeable

Whoever is scripting Drew McIntyre’s promos needs to just stop… NOW.

The babyface challenger for the WWE Championship just keeps looking more and more unlikeable by the week, and his backstage promo on Monday night was just a cringe-inducing affair that called to mind John Cena’s worst hits.

Give the heel opponent a stupid nickname? Trashley. Check.

Tell a long, meandering story that was ultimately pointless? Long tale about William Wallace. Check.

Make a bunch of childish d*ck jokes? Big Willy. Check.

The only thing missing was a series of badly Photoshopped pictures to really bring it home.

Thanks WWE for actively trying to ruin McIntyre as a legit babyface hero.
