4 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (26 July - Results & Review)
2. Just Get To The Point!
Last week, boxer Terence Crawford popped up to help Cody Rhodes fight off A-Town Down Under. That assist didn't sit well with the heels, so Grayson Waller threatened to let his main man Austin Theory knock the fighter out. Obviously, that didn't go as planned either. Crawford sparked Theory.
Was any of this necessary though? Down Under's split needed to happen yesterday, so let's hope WWE haven't got cold feet on the whole thing. It's a must. Austin can't keep letting Grayson throw him to the wolves without pushing back. Right now, he kinda comes across as a pushover.
That won't get Theory cheered.
Just get to the point, please. All of this tacked on fluff is killing time that'd be better spent rebuilding Austin as somebody worth paying attention to. There was no need to have him play nicey-nice with Waller after recent events. He looked like a total chump by doing so.
