OK, so WWE needs to deviate from this formula once or twice.

It's admittedly hard to drum up another way to 'go home' on multi-wrestler matches like Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, Money In The Bank, Survivor Series etc, but how many times can fans see these show-closing finisher fests throughout the year? They're far too formulaic.

These brawls also lay bare just how little story content there is to some of the bigger PLE matches. Triple H has to start brainstorming new ways to sell these matches, or book less of the show-ending scuffles that result in those 'one in, one out' finisher trains. It's hardly electrifying in 2024.

All the entrants in the men's Chamber match went AEW trios style by nailing move after move on each other before Randy Orton got to stand tall post-RKO at the end. Arguably, Bobby Lashley shouldn't have been out there after Karrion's attack earlier on either.
