5. Wait, What?! Priest Talks Pure Nonsense!

Damian Priest Solo Sikoa Talla Tonga

The crux of Damian Priest's backstage segment with R-Truth was that he can’t trust Royce Keys because Solo Sikoa and the MFTs (which isn’t even really a thing anymore) don’t attack him. Huh? Talla Tonga literally ambushed Royce and Jacob Fatu mere weeks ago. How that slipped the net when writers were formatting these scripts for their own show is anyone's guess.

Priest needs Liv Morgan’s Netflix log-in so he can watch programming back after the fact. Sure, this is the most minor of minor grumbles, but it counts. It's also annoying considering this literally just happened not too long ago. Keys has even spoken about it in follow up promos arguing with Sikoa! Therefore, WWE's writing team don't get a pass in these pages.

It's so, so poor when they fumble things this easy.

You don't even have to dip too far back into the SmackDown archives on WWE's official YouTube channel to see Talla laying out Fatu and Keys. It happened on the 1 May episode of the show. Come on, guys. Pay attention and give fans a reason to care about what these men and women say week to week. Even Truth should've pointed out the flaw in Damian's logic on this occasion.

Post-match with Tama Tonga, Priest fell victim to Solo and Talla. If they so much as dare to suggest that Damian is hot about Royce apparently escaping butt-kickings he's definitely getting after this, then people will have to reason that ChatGPT is steering the ship after all.
