4 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Nov 5)

3. Shotzi’s Fire

...this was.

Last week, Shotzi attacked Sasha Banks from behind after the 'Legit Boss' cost her a match with Charlotte Flair. Anyone wondering if the promotion would go all out with a heel turn for the ex-NXT star got their answer here - Shotzi was a cold-hearted bitch during her backstage promo.

There were no jokes (which instantly helped her stand out from 90% of the show's roster), and Shotzi was all attitude. It looks like she's ditching the tank gimmick as well, which is for the best if she's going to be taken seriously as a bad ass. You can't talk smack then roll out in a toy tank, after all.

This promo was an excellent launching point for Shotzi's new heel guise. Banks will eventually reply, probably with an ass kicking, and that'll hopefully lead to some matches that make Shotzi a main roster force for years to come. Fingers crossed on that one, but her mic skills are already up to snuff.
