4 Ups & 6 Downs From AEW Dynamite (22 Feb - Review)

Downs…

6. Tony Khan's Important Announcement

Tony Khan
AEW

"Important" did some heavy lifting in the graphic that first appeared on Friday's Rampage and then days later front and centre on the Dynamite line-up graphic. As did "Tony Khan", for that matter. He quite wisely dipped out lest he make himself even more of a meme, handing over to Adam Cole to confirm that "AEW All Access" was coming soon to TBS on Wednesday Nights.

It'll surely be a great show with a great roster full of great moments but this was a meeting-that-could-have-been-an-email first world problem supplanted onto a wrestling show.

The network possibly requested that they get more attention than a mere tweet, but after his interactions with Ariel Helwani, Khan's profile is a hotter space than Dynamite itself right now. Precedent has been set, and this got nowhere close to living up to any.
