4 Ups & 8 Downs From WWE Raw (May 30)

6. Bliss’ Weird Run Continues

Monday night saw the latest chapter in Alexa Bliss’ strange journey on WWE Raw.

Since returning, Bliss has beaten Sonya Deville twice and Nikki ASH. Monday, she tangled with Doudrop, her toughest challenge yet. And in yet another underwhelming match that lacked depth or fire, Bliss capitalized on a missed Vader Bomb (the second such miss of the hour) and immediately hit Twisted Bliss for the win.

Alexa has barely said anything since her return. Fans have been given very little to cheer about. There’s no direction, no citing of why she’s back or what her character arc is. Bliss is simply back on our screens and picking up wins, and that should be enough.

And honestly, if the wins were impressive, it might be. But the matches have been underwhelming, so that leaves us feeling rather… meh.
