4 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (May 27)

Ups...

4. Chad Gable's Resume

https://twitter.com/WWEGable/status/584408523045523459 Chad Gable has only been seen wrestling on NXT television once, in a losing effort to Tyler Breeze, but he featured in a backstage segment last night, teasing either a new alliance, or a rivalry, with Jason Jordan. Despite signing with the WWE in 2013, not much is known about the rookie, but he has a damn impressive resume, as he made pains to point out during his confrontation with Jordan. Under his real name, Chas Betts, he was a highly skilled amateur wrestler, becoming the Minnesota State Wrestling champion in high school, winning 3 silver and two gold international medals for wrestling, and even wrestling in the Olympics in 2012. His stats do not reflect his experience however, as he's currently on a losing streak of 13 straight matches at live shows, but with his appearance on TV, hopefully this can be the start of a turnaround for Gable. He certainly has the CV to back up his mouth.
