4 Ups And 7 Downs From WWE Raw (June 29)

UPS…

4. What’s Old Is New Again

So it looks like with Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott going nowhere that the writers just decided to start them back on a trajectory together.

Last week, Morgan lost to Natalya, and Ruby tried to talk to her backstage. Monday, Liv wasn’t on the show, but Riott tried calling her on the phone, then ate a bunch of criticism and insults from the IIconics. Later, Ruby lost to Peyton Royce (with considerable help from Billie Kay), which would seemingly set the stage for Liv to help Ruby confront the Aussie duo.

And while we’re giving this potential reunion positive marks because it’s better than the nothing both women have been doing for the past couple months, it’s worth noting that they had an opportunity to do this months ago and passed it up for a Morgan singles push that never materialized.

Still, we’ll give this a chance and see where it goes in the coming weeks.
