2. Shane McMahon Does The Worst Shane McMahon Stuff Ever

At WWE Crown Jewel, Shane McMahon won the World Cup to determine the best in the world. On this week's SmackDown, he once again won the award for Worst Worked Punches In All Of Professional Wrestling.

Taking on the 'Vegas Boys' at the behest of The Miz, Shane, a spoiled little child, ran through the most laughable rendition yet of his über-tough guy routine. Shadow boxing real opponents (!), Shane here was closer to punching Randy Orton than he was in 2009, and the Viper was backstage in Nevada. It's quite difficult to analyse just how terrible this was - even by Shane's drastically embarrassing standards. Puce of face, Shane hit a succession of body shots early. You know how Andrade 'Cien' Almas yet again was not booked on the show? No matter: Shane McMahon treated us to his own version of a spinning back elbow as a measure of compensation. It was sh*tty. He hit the guy in his shoulder blade.

You know what's really infuriating about Shane's punches? It's that he is so high on the pathetic idea of acting the hard man that this commitment, this over-exuberance, manifests as something both woefully unrealistic and genuinely dangerous. This is the opposite of good wrestling, and it's all driven by the idea that Shane thinks he's awesome at it. Missing his next target altogether, Shane then ensnared Chip or Chad in a triangle choke. Chip or Chad then tapped out...

...using the arm that was meant to be trapped.

This was incredibly, incredibly bad. Shane should be embarrassed. He probably went home and told his wife that he beat two people up, the f*cking mark.
