1. Road Dogg: Weird

Obviously, Vince McMahon has final say on every RAW, SmackDown and PPV script (he probably doesn't care about 205 Live, but then again who does?).

Still, since Road Dogg started "helping" Ryan Ward out on SmackDown, the blue brand has devolved from vaguely different, well-written episodic television to a pale, often literal imitation of RAW. And, even weirder, itself. It cannot be a coincidence. Three foreign heels menaced the land last year, before it became apparent that one was enough. The Riott Squad is Absolution - a knockoff of a hopeless act. It's legitimately as if Road Dogg watches RAW - or his own show - and thinks "that'll do". Sadly, it does; WWE has bloody FOX ready to offer it stupid money.

Road Dogg watched Monday's RAW, on which Titus Worldwide pulled off a shocking upset by defeating The Bar, which you'd hope is leading to a Triple Threat match at the Royal Rumble - for logic's sake if nothing else. That eventuality would, incidentally, represent WWE's fourth rule of three on January 28:

- Universal Title Triple Threat Match.

- WWE Heavyweight Title 2 on 1 Handicap Match.

- WWE SmackDown Tag Team Title 2 Out Of 3 Falls Match.

- WWE RAW Tag Team Title Triple Threat Match.

In numerology, the number '3' is associated with creativity, ironically enough. If that last match doesn't materialise, then WWE just jobbed out the RAW Tag Team Champions to Titus O'Neil. 24 hours later, and Breezango "shocked" Rusev Day - which wasn't a shock, because WWE already booked an upset 24 hours earlier. Oh, you didn't know how to book an interesting television programme to save your life.
