Aside from that being a shame due to the guaranteed quality of the match, this leads me to believe that Omega will be held kept away from the title for now. Omega has never hidden his desire to move out of the junior heavyweight division, and he has proven himself to be a hit with the Japanese audience. He is no ordinary gaijin (foreign wrestler), having lived in the country for a number of years and taken the trouble to learn the language. Omega is an obvious choice to pick up the white belt.
