3. A Mid-Card Championship Gives Developmental Wrestlers Past Developmental But Not Ready To Be Midcarders A Place For More Grooming

So, every developmental wrestler that gets called up to the main roster isn't going to be an impact player in the ring like Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. As well, others aren't going to be charismatic mid-card additions like Adam Rose and Bo Dallas. However, there are those like the aforementioned Sami Zayn and Corey Graves who are great in-ring competitors but need a little something extra to break into a jam packed roster. Giving these guys a championship that accentuates their wrestling as they figure out that final piece that gets them deeper into the mix would possibly allow for an organic relationship to develop with the WWE Universe that could make that apparent.
