5 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Rampage (Nov 3 - Results & Review)

1. Can We Concentrate On One Thing?

Daniel Garcia
AEW

MJF has issues with Jay White/Bullet Club Gold, a story still purring away with Adam Cole, Roderick Strong etc, Wardlow is after him, and now Daniel Garcia is on Rampage firing out World Title challenges. It's all a bit busy, and it'd probably be for the best if Friedman was allowed to concentrate on just one or two things.

Dude has more branching paths than a Starfield quest line.

Things could get messy around these parts in a hurry if AEW isn't careful. This guy is a big, big fan of Garcia, but a one-off title shot won't do much for him. He acknowledged that beating Trent Beretta on Friday was his first All Elite singles match in 6 months, so it doesn't add up to shove him into the World Title picture suddenly.

This is one of Tony Khan's biggest flaws. Characters blow from hot to cold and then back again far too quickly, and title shots are handed out like free samples just to fill episodes of TV. Where's the build and the patience? It's so erratic, and why so many wrestlers feel like they're on the same rung of an increasingly-busy ladder.
