5 Ups & 2 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Sept 15)

1. Were They Rushed?

Then, there was this.

The Street Profits vs. LWO was over in the blink of an eye, and it was far too quick to even be considered an effective squash for Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins. Also, Bobby Lashley and The Profits beating down the LWO seemed clunky post-match. Something was off about all of this.

It's almost like WWE had grander plans for the match and segment but had to cut it short due to prior promos going long. The Rock must've gone over his allotted time, or something. Oh well, nobody's gonna say sh*t to big Dwayne about that! Perks of supreme star power, and all that.

One question must be posed through: What was up with WWE appearing to line The Profits up as challengers for Judgment Day last week, then...ignoring it here? There was zero follow on from that tease, and that doesn't sit well. Why book it then?!
