Becky Lynch just signed off from SmackDown with a belter.

Like Zayn vs. Bálor, this match was never going to crap the bed. Becky and Sasha Banks are too skilled for that, but they could've phoned it in here and only focused on Bianca Belair's inevitable interference. The good news is that they didn't - both women brought it, and they delivered more pay-per-view quality.

Michael Cole and Pat McAfee had vowed that Becky vs. Sasha would feel big time. They were right (which isn't always a given with WWE's announcers), it was. Also, whilst Belair's run in was the obvious play, it wasn't unwanted considering these gals have a three-way coming up at Crown Jewel.

The loss also marked Lynch's first televised defeat since TLC 2019, which is really quite something. Sure, she took some time out on maternity leave, but that's still a killer run without doing the on-camera J.O.B. Banks can crow about this for a while.
