Being fair to the writing team, they did give all of the shenanigans from Tiffany Stratton, Chelsea Green, Jade Cargill and her Baddies plenty of time on Friday. However, plenty of minutes on the show doesn't necessarily equate to success. Sure, Chelsea technically rescued Tiffany/got a smile out of her, so their odd couple tag is rolling. However, B-FAB pinning Stratton before her title bout with Jade, and Cargill falling over the top rope when running to attack Green, did nothing for either champ or challenger heading into that match.

The tag match Tiffy had with Alexa Bliss was so-so too. B-FAB and Michin just don’t carry much threat, even when they’re winning matches, and that's a problem. The bout between Jade and Chelsea later on was a slight improvement, but not enough to score itself an individual ‘Up’, and the point still stands: This is chewing up an awful lot of time to achieve very little.

Someone will need to explain the logic of having Stratton job to FAB so close to a major title bout. Yes, Cargill caused that with her sneaky interference, but the better play would've been B failing to finish her off - Jade's Baddies were booked to stand tall later on anyway, so all this did was make Tiffany look less-than. That's a risky decision.

Also, agents needed to have a word with Jade and Chelsea about running the same 'rush in for a clothesline but end up spilling over the ropes' spot in a segment and during their match. That made Cargill look like a chump, which she didn't need when she'll be feuding with Charlotte Flair heading into SummerSlam.
