5 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (April 14)

Solo Sikoa vs. Matt Riddle was some trip.

It was a worthy main event for SmackDown, and was also predictably snug. Watching this behind the scenes must've brought a tear to GUNTHER's eye. Probably/maybe/hopefully. The match had just the right amount of interference, and ended with a bang when Solo hit his Samoan Spike.

Some post-match shenanigans put over how dangerous The Bloodline's enforcer is too. He dumped Riddle on the announce table (which no-sold like crazy), then flipped the thing on top of his 'Brotastic' enemy afterwards. That was a neat bit of improvisation from Sikoa.

If you're a fan of hard-hitting exchanges, then you'll get a lot from SmackDown's main. Finally, and this could be crucial in the future, Solo did exactly what he said he was going to do. He took care of business for Roman Reigns, which also put over how much work The Usos have in front of them.

The pressure builds.
