5 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Oct 8)

1. Hell In A Cell

The fact that both Edge and Seth Rollins were drafted to Raw suggests that they've become enemies for life and will continue battling on Mondays. SmackDown ended with the pulsating tease of a Hell In A Cell encounter between both men, and this writer cannot wait.

This is how Cell matches should be set up. Screw annual pay-per-views.

Seth's meandering promo built anticipation for Edge's return (that arrival on the tron was so 'Attitude' era, and that's a compliment), then the beatdown part of the skit was predictably intense. A HIAC bout between these guys is the best way to blow this feud off too.

Maybe it'll happen at Crown Jewel, or maybe it won't. What if WWE would rather hold off and hype this as the main event on a must-see episode of Raw? That'd be a nice change of pace, so they should consider it. All in all, this "main event" segment was a winner.
