3. The Prime Time Players Looked Like Jobbers
Nobody should have a problem with WWE looking to paint both Braun Strowman and Luke Harper as monsters. After all, The Wyatt Family members are scheduled to clash with Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose at Hell In A Cell. It's understandable that somebody needs to be sacrificed in order for them to look strong, but did it really need to be The Prime Time Players? Titus O'Neil and Darren Young are fairly over with live crowds, and they remain a popular act. Unfortunately, they looked like little more than a pair of jobbers on Smackdown. In just 3 short minutes, the former WWE Tag-Team Champions were cut down by Strowman and Harper. This comes in the same week that The Ascension were treated like enhancement talent on Raw against The Dudley Boyz. This is something the creative team need to be careful of. If they continue presenting teams such as The Prime Time Players and The Ascension as cannon fodder, it'll be harder for fans to take them seriously in the future. It's alright to have The Wyatt clan go over, but O'Neil and Young weren't even given a TV entrance, which makes them look poor.
