5 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (July 13)
3. Tag Teams In Disarray
When your tag team division is already thin, it’s probably not the best idea to have two teams possibly imploding at the same time. But alas, welcome to Monday Night Raw.
We’ve seen the ongoing strife involving Andrade & Angel Garza, as they have an entire soap opera’s worth of drama between the two of them. They have left each other high-and-dry during matches and brawled during bouts.
It’s a constant talking point for the announcers to ask whether they can co-exist, and Monday, Angel had to ask Andrade multiple times if they were on the same page.
That ongoing dissension was joined by the team of Cedric Alexander & Ricochet possibly having a wedge driven between them by MVP. Porter has tried to woo Alexander, calling him Ricochet’s sidekick. Now, it doesn’t look like this is working on Cedric – he jumped to Ricochet’s defense Monday night – but it’s still a second Raw tag team where its members are potentially at odds.
