5 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (May 13)

1. Zayn A Ragdoll

Someone will mention how it’s a big deal that Sami Zayn won his Falls Count Anywhere match against Braun Strowman and now has a spotlight PPV match at Money in the Bank.

But let’s just dispel that right away. Sami “earned” Monday’s match by being tossed in a Dumpster last week, and then won the bout after not landing a single offensive move outside of a few chairshots and trash can shots.

The damage was done completely by Baron Corbin and Drew McIntyre, who took out Strowman and dragged Zayn’s lifeless corpse into the cover. It pretty much sent the message that Sami was not only out of his league, but he was a jobber who was treated like a ragdoll by everyone – his opponent and the men who interfered on his behalf.

Hell, Corbin then threw Zayn to the wolves afterward, tossing Sami at Braun’s feet so Strowman could chokeslam him through the announce table, lest we think for five seconds that Zayn has a prayer at winning on Sunday.

Way to push your talent, WWE.
