Kudos to the Hardy Boyz and Sheamus & Cesaro for putting on a really nice tag match with a hot ending, complete with blind tags, saves and a surprise finish (for the victim).

The Hardys defended their Raw Tag Team Championships, but it’s what happened after a good match that was really noteworthy. After shaking their hands and leaving, Sheamus & Cesaro returned to jump Matt and Jeff, beating them into the ground. Both brothers got Brogue Kicked and left in a heap, solidifying a heel turn that might seem out of the blue, but certainly works given Cesaro & Sheamus’ brawling style.

Cesaro hasn’t been a real heel since his days in the Real Americans a few years ago, and he’s still banging his head against the glass ceiling. Sheamus is the guy fans struggle to cheer. Turning them heel – at least in the sense that they become more hard-nosed – isn’t a bad move at this stage.
