5 Ways Kurt Angle's Return Would Revolutionise WWE

4. Replacing Kane In The Authority

The Corporate Kane/Demon Kane dual-gimmicks have been an act of pure brilliance. The credibility of the Kane character has taken a hit over the past decade at the hands of WWE writers. Now, with an early exit by Sting, Kane has found himself in play for the WWE€™s most coveted prize. In part, because it€™s good TV. Enter Kurt Angle, the ultimate suck-up (ala the alliance days) and a guy with the flare to be a natural heel. Kurt will be 47-years-old this upcoming December, and he could benefit from wrestling on a part-time basis, while still appearing on television to keep his character fresh on weekly programming. Kurt€™s ability to cut a promo comes second to none, and as Kane becomes ousted from The Authority, he can pick up on his resurrected path of destruction for one final hurrah on a great career. Like Triple H, Kurt is a guy everyone loves to hate. He€™s the perfect replacement for director of operations. But, if all falters, Kurt Angle vs. Triple H, anyone?
