6 AEW Fight For The Fallen Predictions You Need To Know

5. The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) vs. Jurassic Express

The Elite Jurassic Express
AEW

This could - and should - be a total spotfest. Expect an extremely giffable clash between the original Elite triumvirate and one of the most fun babyface acts in the entire promotion in a likely opener, as six hard-popping wrestlers drop bomb after bomb after bomb on top of each other in sequence, abandoning almost everything else in the quest for adrenaline.

Effectively an exhibition match, there is no lengthy history to capitalise on, no complicated narrative, and no bitter blood feud. These men will try to excite you. That's the point of the match and barring a disaster, it should be a tremendous sugar rush.

Jurassic Express will likely be elevated here as Jungle Boy is a priority and Luchasaurus remains one of the best hot tags in the business, though they're probably going to lose. They should, too. Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks have been very generous with their spotlight since AEW started but increasingly need to step it up a notch. There'll come a time when Jurassic should beat them, though this isn't it.

Winners: The Elite
