The Juice is on the loose, and not in a good way.

No foreign wrestler can be more synoymous with NJPW than Juice Robinson. Having left WWE, Juice ended up in the Dojo, training as a young lion and becoming one of their most beloved wrestlers.

NJPW's third IWGP US Heavyweight champion had always been a poster child for successful foreigners in that company, as well as being one of the company's most endearing babyfaces, always entering the ring with a bright smile, and fighting with the spirit of a samurai.

He showed that he can wrestle in just about any capacity, having serious matches in his many G1s but also getting hardcore against Moxley. He even established himself as a threat in both the singles and the tag division, winning World Tag league with David Finlay in the aptly named team, FinJuice, and then winning the IWGP tag titles at the Dome.

After losing the tag titles, he needed a little revival to get himself back on track -and the New Japan Cup could have been that, but with him being stuck in America, things don't look good for Juice. While Juice has often been a fall-guy in big matches, he was still a presence most fans could take seriously in any capacity, and NJPW is a little short on those guys right now.
