OK, so everybody could've done without the old ticket trope, but Happy Corbin messing with Pat McAfee's day job was a decent-enough idea that probably has more depth than some realise; Corbin believes that Pat is invading his territory by even wrestling, so he wanted to wreck McAfee's train of thought here.

Giving Corbs the last laugh heading into SummerSlam also worked.

Pat is a deceptively good fired-up babyface, and fans are super-into everything he does. It may surprise many to read this, but yours truly believes these guys are gonna have a banger on Saturday night that nobody will see coming.

Everything, from Happy tossing popcorn at the announcers (which even got on Michael Cole's t*ts) to that low blow, worked a treat. The normally-composed McAfee was thrown completely off his game by Corbin's antics, and that's what made this click.
