4. Fun Triple Threat Tag #2

Motor City Machine Guns Chris Sabin Alex Shelley WWE Debut

The same would have to be said about Sabin and Shelley beating A-Town Down Under and Los Garza in SmackDown's second three-way tag. WWE didn't try to do anything too fancy with this one - they had MCMG race through some nifty spots, then they scored a win to mark one in the 'W' column early on.

Now, the coming match vs. DIY will bring out the best in both. They must be licking their lips at the thought of tangling with Gargano and Ciampa. Also, like true team players, DIY will bend over backwards to make sure these ex-TNA incomers settle down and become valued members of the division.

True pros, so they are.

It's a positive sign that WWE fans there live for Friday's show seemed into MCMG's style. Sabin and Shelley didn't come out to complete 'who the hell are you?!' silence; that had to be a worry when they were warming up behind the curtain. Nobody wants total audience apathy. It's the worst!
