6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (13 April - Results & Review)
1. Putting Oba Over

In case anyone doubted it, Oba Femi has a rocket strapped to him, and it’s just a matter of WWE lighting the fuse on Sunday when he and Brock Lesnar finally tangle in a match at WrestleMania 42.
Lesnar and Femi signed their contract separately on Monday night, but Paul Heyman made it a point to come out and praise Oba by drawing the direct comparisons many already have been making about him to a very young Brock from 24 years ago. In true Heyman fashion, he pledged that his charge would defeat Femi but then offered to help Oba rebuild afterward – because he sees the kind of meal ticket the much younger monster could be for him.
Oba said he was restraining himself from coming up the aisle to pummel Heyman, but the emotional scars he’ll inflict at WrestleMania 42 by beating Lesnar would last forever. Femi proclaimed that he is the mountain Brock can’t climb and that he’s scared of that reality, which is something you can see through Heyman and Lesnar’s bluster.
All told, this has been a great build overall, and the only thing left to do is set these two bulls loose at each other on Sunday and then land the plane with the new Next Big Thing taking a major leap forward. Fans are ready to see a new monster take over, and it’s high time WWE delivered on something fans are clamoring to see without dragging it out.
