6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (15 July - Results & Review)

1. A Controversial Confrontation

For months, the pairing of Chad Gable and the Creed Brothers has been teased in backstage segments, leaving fans to wonder about the potential of that trio of outstanding wrestlers.

Also in recent weeks, there were questions about how the Wyatt Sick6 would be presented when they finally had to interact with other wrestlers in a “real” setting.

The wondering ended Monday night for both acts – in the same segment - and the results were mixed at best. Gable called out Bo Dallas as the leader of the Wyatts to confront him for the attack and repeated mind games, only for the Creeds to ambush Bo. Dallas laughed throughout the beating, which gave way to the Wyatts’ dark, fog-filled entrance, leading to the new Alpha Academy to retreat.

And that was it. Fans got the full entrance and pose from the Wyatt Sick6, which the live audience loved, and they got to see that Gable and the Creed Brothers are finally, officially aligned. But something about bringing these two acts together like this felt off, like they diminished each other’s “debut.”

To be fair, this is a first impression that could change as the story unfolds. But it didn’t necessarily come off as a “holy sh**” moment.
