6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (11 Oct - Results & Review)

1. KO Causes More Problems

Kevin Owens works as a heel who thinks he's 100% in the right.

He attacked Cody Rhodes in the parking lot after Bad Blood because he thinks the WWE Champ has turned on him, not the other way about. Of course, that isn't actually true, but the best wrestling villains have plausible deniability for their bullsh*t. That soaks everything they do in credibility, which is true for KO.

Owens then turned up on SmackDown wearing a Dusty shirt. As if that wasn't cheeky enough, he accidentally hit Randy Orton in the face. Their R-KO tag-team run has been iced then. Fair enough, because heel Kev is the way to go anyway. Again, this was another punchy segment that didn't eat up too much time but had a positive impact on the show.

Randy was understandably miffed at his partner, so Owens ambushed him behind the scenes later on like he'd already done to Rhodes. Going the 'Loose Cannon' route with KO is a fantastic plan. Nick Aldis pointing out that it's weird to see Orton try to place peacemaker was another highlight.
