Give it up to Bianca Belair and Bayley, who had a solid, entertaining SmackDown Women’s Championship match at WrestleMania Backlash.

The two started slowly, but they quickly ramped it up to a fever pitch, with Bayley hitting the champ with everything in her arsenal, but she couldn’t keep Belair down. She looked for shortcuts with the ropes, raking the eyes and even tried to use Bianca’s hair, but in the end, it was the EST who used her own braid for an assisted rollup to retain the title.

The match had serious potential to steal the show on Sunday night, and while it wasn’t the best bout on the card, it definitely accomplished its mission of wowing viewers. It also was a no-brainer to keep the title on Belair, who has the potential to be a player in the women’s division for years to come.
