Sacrifice is over. Rebellion is just over a month away on 24 April, featuring Rich Swann vs. Kenny Omega in a title vs. title match that could change the ramifications of Impact Wrestling forever.

Last night's Impact Wrestling had to bring the goods, and it did.

Sami Callihan vs. Trey Miguel was a fine main event from both an in-ring and a story perspective, Rhino - in his first match as a member of Violent By Design - faced Jake Something in a decent big man contest, Rich Swann was confronted by Impact EVP and Kenny Omega's manager Don Callis as he cut a delicious promo, and a World Tag Team Championships rematch was scheduled for Rebellion as FinJuice will defend against former champions, The Good Brothers.

It was a great episode. It felt, to a small extent, that we were officially on the road to Rebellion, one of the biggest nights in the history of this company. For a promotion that was once on the brink of closure, it's astonishing that we've now reached a point where their next pay-per-view will featured contracted talent from Impact Wrestling, All Elite Wrestling, and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Time is a bizarre thing. Let's get to it...
