6. Raquel Bounces Back

In an ideal world, Women’s World Champion #1 contender Raquel Rodriguez would not get back on track after Saturday’s loss by pummeling one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

But Chelsea Green has become the perfect punching bag, a completely undeserving champion who has only held onto her title through dumb luck – or her more talented tag partner. Green running her mouth at her favorite target (Adam Pearce) and getting repaid with a match against Raquel is just a perfect receipt from the GM.

For Rodriguez, she needed a convincing win after losing to Rheal Ripley at Payback, and putting Green down quickly was a nice message. Raquel revealing her title rematch next week was a nice development, as well as the stipulation that Dominik Mysterio is banned from ringside (though that’ll be believed when he stays in the back).
