5. Graves Flubs And Flails

Oh, you just know Vince McMahon was in Corey Graves’ ear telling him to call Natalya & Tamina dominant tag champs. Because it was such obvious BS that you can’t believe Graves would actually say it out loud.

Yet, there was Corey, trying to convince us that Nattie and Tamina have “dominated the women’s tag division since winning the championships at WrestleMania.”

Um, let’s unpack that a bit.

First off, Natalya & Tamina actually lost their title shot at WrestleMania (but won the #1 contender’s match on the first night), and then won the tag titles a full month later on SmackDown.

Secondly, since winning the tag titles, the champs have had nine tag matches, and they’ve gone 5-4 in them, losing to Nox & Shotzi three times and to Nikki ASH & Rhea Ripley (their opponents here) just two weeks ago. (And three their five wins have come against Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler, FWIW.)

But yeah, they’ve dominated the tag division the past four months. Just pathetic commentary that belies the viewers’ own observations.
