2. Bray’s Snoozefest

Not every match that is put on Raw is going to set the world on fire, but Apollo Crews and Bray Wyatt had a snoozer of a bout.

Full of headlocks and other basic holds, the match ate up time but provided little action and drama. Wyatt staring at Dana Brooke and scaring her off the apron was about the biggest moment, as it led to a false finish of Crews setting up for his spinout powerbomb, only for Bray to reverse to a Sister Abigail.

It’s hard to assign blame for this one, as no one really bought Crews as possibly winning until that brief second when he seemed to catch Bray off-guard.

If it was a shorter match, this might have gotten a pass, but it dragged on too long with too little happening. It’s a shame, because both guys are really skilled in the ring, and a competitive match between the two could be a lot of fun.
